Merkot Health College's Operations Manager and Administrator is Mr. Frank Sasu. He is a Cape Coast University graduate with a degree in educational psychology. He has five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

"Believe in yourself and all that you are," Frank says. Know that something greater than any obstacle exists within you." This quote pervades everything he does, making him a very ambitious and results-oriented gentleman.

At Merkot Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Isaac Kotey serves as Managing Director. He has over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries, ranging from agriculture to mining to construction. He is a savvy businessman. Merkot Pharmaceuticals was founded by him in 2018 when he only opened one branch. Over the course of four years, he expanded it into a large company with roughly six retail locations and two wholesale depots in Kasoa and Agona Swedru.

In addition, he founded the Merkot Health College, which aids in preparing young people for careers in the healthcare industry. He is a man of enormous vision who wants to make a positive difference in Ghana's healthcare system.

His conviction that humanity needs improvement is one of the main things that motivates him.

Mr. Kotey is a devout Christian who is also a loving husband, father, and provider for his wife and three kids. His interests include exploring the world, looking for new business ventures, and spending time with his loved ones.
